You are expected to fill your siblings details in the Background/Declaration form i.e. form IMM 5406E for you and your spouse if applicable, in my own case I filled the form when applying for my Federal part and I also updated it for submission as requested when I went to collect my visa. Cheers

The time stated on CIC's website is the average time to complete the Federal process for 80% of the applicants normally in the period under review, say about a year or so. Yes, the time line begins from when it is received from NS that is why you have the same date referenced as date of receipt...

Usually it takes about 2 to 4 months to received PPR and sometimes it could be even less or more time than this because we have seen people experince such.

Welcome to the forum, the timelines for interview varies with the VO and on the average it has been estimated to about 12 to 18 months. A number of posts in the past would give you an insight into your question and even more. Cheers

Yeah, you are very correct, you need to make about 10 or 20 posts before you can do that as well as sending PM, you can try again after your 10th post. Cheers
