    Thanks, and yes it was an up heaven battle instead of an uphill battle,the ADR was very helpfull in that they did not look at my ticket any more which I had payed, instead they concentrated on my past history in the U.S.A. Thank God it is all over,.,.Hope everyone the same success.

    Thanks for the advice,as mentioned in my earlier post after speaking to an Imm officer I do fall under sec 64(1) where I cannot appeal,even if I appeal the decision it will not be heard by a judge, if you can shed some light on a forward for me I would greatly appreciate your input.

    I had hired a lawyer to handle the matter of the unpaid fine in the U.S. January 2016 he then forward that info to CIC thinking that it would have been ok concerning the inadmissiblity.I think that they found me inadmissible to Canada under the grounds of the unpaid fine.

    After 17 Months Just received e:mail. Decision Made. Time line File Oct 2014 To March 2016. Had some inadmissibility issues and other minor delays,but no re meds,no ppr is that a positive sign?
