Thanks, I submitted my passport in May 2017, the officer that was responsible for processing my application was not aware that my passport was on her desk three months. So altogether it took four months.

Finally got my Passport with Visa and Corp today. I pray that everyone waiting on their PPR and Visas get a speedy process. Landing story soon.

Don't worry about that letter it is a standard letter issued.My appeal was allowed in January of 2017 and today I received my Passport with Visa and Corp.Pray and hope that everyone waiting on PPR and Visas have a speedy return.

Finally got decision made after three (3) longs years. I would like to thank everyone for their input,especially the seniors who gave valuable information when needed.I pray everyone get a speedy decision.

I do remember your screen name from the October thread,same here October the 20th 2014.Keep going to your MP for further updates, I believe that some officers are deliberately delaying our applications due to our appeals being allowed.

You will get PPR soon, as I have mentioned before they had my passport since May of 2017,so I am expecting my passport returned anytime this week.

Thanks for your kind words,but why would my passport is been held for more than 106 days.Background check is done before your passport is requested am I correct?

Is it possible after your passport is requested that they can still be doing back ground check?

Yes my spouse did,we had the MP send case specific enquiry and the officer did not respond or reply to the MP, nor did reply to our case specific enquiry.After passport the passport is requested can they still be doing back ground check?

My passport is with POS VO since May of 2017,I sent an e mail "specific enquiry " and was told no documents was received after three months at the POS VO,so I decided to go there myself and enquiry about my passport and other documents,after an hour waiting to see an officer the supervisor came...

My documents was at Pos Vo all along.,.,Thank God.

After receiving an email on Friday informing me that the Pos Vo office never received my documents. I did a follow up on my documents today,after going back and forth from office to office I found out that the documents was with Pos Vo since May the 23rd and nothing was done since my Passport...

I am going to approach DHL on Monday to see if my Documents was returned. I did however mailed my documents to this address,High commission of Canada Immigration section PO Box 565 Port of Spain T&T. I believe it is the same address as Sweet Briar Road St. Clair Pos T&T. Am I correct.
