Yes, you can get it from Passport office or Local police station also.. I heard, if you apply in a passport office they keep your passport with them until you get your PCC.

I had similar issue and I called to help desk and they raised a ticket which was resolved in a weeks time.. you can call to 1-888-242‑2100 if you are in Canada.

Guys, Processing time for CEC applicants has been updated to 13 months.. not good though..we will have to wait for 1 more additional month... >:(

Yes, there are cases where PCC from India has been accepted without any rejection.
