    You send the inquiry through a webform and they will reply to that address. I doubt they will change your e-mail address in your application

    Send them a case specific inquiry through the CIC site. They replied back to me within the hour, telling me the COPR has been issued. You might be too late for today though, since they are probably already closed.

    COPR means the Certificate of Permanent Residency (I think) or maybe the C is for "Confirmation" They send it out through registered mail, so it's up to the mail service to see when it arrives. Send your VO an e-mail to see when they sent it out

    They do have it on file! They also changed the mailing address. They have send the paperwork through registered mail on April 10th.
