Just like the Consul General issues a passport which is acceptable for travel, the PCC too is valid and accepted by the visa office. :)

Just go to the Muraqabat police station (after 3pm) with your passport, photo and emirates Id. They will charge 210 dirhams as fee to issue the PCC. It takes around 3-4 days for the PCC to be ready and you will receive a SMS one it is ready.

You can log in to ECAS using the 6 digit number which is your UCI number.
