From the table it seems that RIH is sending MR after 5 -6 months from PER date And has missed out the applicants who got their PER in Oct 2014. Just do nit understand the logic of how the applications are being processed.

I also got photo request around the same time (4-Feb) which were couriered in 3 days. Since then no other documents request from LVO.

My application dates same as yours but got the PER on 19-Dec. I had submitted my new passport and got an email from RIH confirming system updation and that my file was in queue awaiting review. Still waiting for MR, hopefully soon. Regards

If you read the email and the attached instructions (hyperlinks) all your questions will get answered. The rear side of 3 photos for principal and all co-applicants need to be stamped with your name and DoB. One photo should not have any markings. Hope this helps.

You may require a UK and US transit visas. Please check with the airline you are flying with or the respective embassies.

Either via Aamer or better still use VFS. You can hand deliver at the embassy too. Hope this helps. Cheers!
