That is a standard template response once you request for GCMS notes. You will not receive another email with a different tracking number. With the current timelines you can expect a delay of few days (2-5 dys). But you could always email to atip-aiprp@cic.gc.ca with complete applicant details...

Look for the last few pages where it say "Notes". Specifically it would mention like Notes1, Notes 2 etc. Also carefully verify all of your personal information. You can update your primary contact email through ECAS. It may take few days or one month to update. Best Regards,

I really dont think they will asking you to retake IELTS exam. If it is a medical/Police Clearance/NOA/T4 that would make same sense. As per my understanding IELTS is one of the criteria you need to satisfy and would be required to check if you are eligible to apply under a certain category...
