Even if you go back to your country, it will not cause any problem. There is no point on you getting a job in Canada. Many people get PR and go back to other countries for job. But they do come back to make sure they live ~ 3 years in 5 year PR period.

Re: Urgent Question If you apply for a PR application then it will be tough to get a study permit unless you are super brilliant (means very good school and funding). Because TRV requires that you must come back, but PR application means you will not come back.

I just got my CAIPS file. I got PER on December, 2013. My eligibility is due on December, 2014. Probably they won't start anything before 1 year :(

Hi all, My spouse has open work permit till August 30, 2014 and so is her TRV. She is currently in Bangladesh and studying. For some reason, she wants to come in early September. What would be the procedure for me to extend her Work permit/TRV from Bangladesh? Thanks.

Oh Sorry, I misunderstood. For adaptability, that one is 1 year full time.

If they accept your employment then 2 year part-time (continuous) will be counted as 1 year full time. *Continuous* is very important.

I think its meant for your spouse only i.e. 2 person.

Strange! This is not age for sure as my brother is 34. I am not that much worried as they considered previous study (some people didn't get it as I have seen in the group). But for somehow if they cancel this point, we are down to 66. That's why I wanted to make sure relative's point is counted...
