No... dont worry.. im pretty sure the other July applicants who are IP or DM ... they prolly applied in July as well, file transferred in August...same as you.... technically still July applicants.... urs will be coming really soon.. im guessing directly to DM or better Passport with Visa! ;)...

Hello.. we have a very similar timeline, only 5-7 day difference. I never applied for GCMS Notes- but based on your results, what kind of information were you given back? You mentioned they are working on your file, what are they checking- and if they are ..shouldnt it go to in process...

I think... it means you yourself are a July applicant, but your file was transferred to NDVO August 22, so the 13 months processing starts from that time. For example, with me: I applied September, but file transferred October 1, so I am a September applicant with processing which starts...
