Attention Star, Hero and champion members: Any idea why CIC is taking longer than before to update the CAPS on website?

why are they not updating the CAPS. Last update was made on Oct 10. My application was received on 31st july. Bells starting to ring in my ears as 3rd july applicants are receiving PER.

there have been 376 applications filled against the cap of 1000 for NOC 2132(mechanical engineers). The spreadsheet shows a realistic estimate that in actual CAP seems to be reached by October 16th, 2014 and a pessimistic analysis says the CAP might have already been reached by September 28th...

anyta.ali I would recommend that you look for someone who works in private schools for the board matters.... usually private schools hire a person for doing board works... or simply find any agent, u can find them outside board office.. pay them their commission and they can get the work done...
