yes you can ask to resend and confirm the email address it was sent to. If needed, email CPC-ottawa to change it.

If your employer is willing to say that its a full time role and not coop than you are ok. Also, when you apply for PR, you will have to get the letter from your employer in which position is mentioned. If that letter says anything about coop than I dont think CIC will count that experience.

Email CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca with all your details and they will change it for you. I got mine changed doing the same. Like you, I went to those link, but it tells you to change the address and all. So the best option is to email CPC ottawa. Hope it helps
