Thanks nekeol... I was expecting same. I was confused because, in my first GCMS notes that I received in June, for Client 1, which is my wife in India, it is mentioned that "Counterfoil Required: No" but in the second notes that I got in August, same is mentioned as "Conterfoil Required: Yes"...

In my GCMS notes which I got almost a month ago, under "CLIENT DETAILS: 1", it was mentioned, "Counterfoil Required: Yes" and under "CLIENT DETAILS: 2", it is mentioned as "Counterfoil Required: No". Does anyone knows what does this means? - Gupta
