    Employment dates: 9th November 2015 to 3rd November 2016 Total period: 12 months. This is mentioned in the work reference letter along with all the other required stuff like duties etc. My question is, since the dates are not exactly 365 days, it that going to be a problem?

    For FSW-O application, if reference letter mentions employment dates as 9th November 2015 to 3rd November 2016 but also mentions the period of employment as 12 months, will that be counted as the required one-year work experience?
