Include your ECA and degree scan for sure. I'm not sure if transcripts are a mandatory document but if you have it, might as well attach it.

Check your ECA credentials. You can use the same details because they have been verified.

441 should get you through sooner or later. Maybe not in the next draw because of the delay but I'd stay positive for December.

I suggest you enter the pool. I’m not very good at it yet but I think there are some other ways of getting in. Like PNP etc. Others in the forum should be able to help.

You can find your CRS score using this tool: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp If the final score is above 440, you stand a chance, as per the current trends.

If I was you, I'd take a print out of the web page of the express entry profile where it shows the correct score and attach it with the LOE. But I recommend following what others say here. I'm just sharing my opinion. Don't know what's the right thing to do in this case.

Or they might drop the cut off to 400 as an apology? o_O
