Hey guys my bg check changed to In Progress today. What do you think?

Mine changed to updated today too. I checked but didn't see any updates. Later, I received an email from CIC saying that my profile had been updated and this time I saw an update. My background check had changed to In Progress.

I'm from the June 19 batch outland. I got asked for travel history on August 4. My background check changed to In Progress today. I just wonder what this means. Did any outland applicant get PPR last week?

It seems like CIC has gone back to processing inland applications. The usual saying is that no news is good news but I have to say that I feel sorry for those who have had no sort of communication whatsoever from CIC like yampower, asivad and Anya654. But it may mean that they are more lucky...
