one thing I don't understand what make them work with 75% less staff they are not any Frontline worker who gets infected with covid all they have to do is reviewing application and background check everything can be done completely online it's not like they have to travel from Canada to India...

How's students supposed to give biometric when vac are closed had he shared the exact words written on note? Are they now giving any lame reason to reject bcz they have already provided sufficient AIP for this fall

So he will be refused even if he reapply till the vac remain closed?

They said fall applicant will get decision before Sept 15 and were also encouraging students to continue apply for fall. If they can't handle the load they should have limit the application for fall

exactly they are only encouraging more and more students to apply with that they should also increase their working capacity or atleast be honest and stop more application until the decision is provided for pending one. Next two days will be weekend and they will resume from 24 August barely...

Absolutely everyone is losing their patience we are not billionaire paying interest to store our file pending in there data base. Atleast they should have been straight forward and limit the application submission if they were not able to handle the load with reduced staff members
