My take is that it depends. if draw happens on the 23rd then the chance is about 50%. if draw delay to Thusday and Friday the chance will be lowered to close 0%. Let s all hope the draw will come on 23rd. for the 439 folks including myself.

Agree with the features in most part. there will be 800-1000 being allocated to 431-440 the next draw(again if there is no delay), so depends on how many are in the 440 and 439 will determine what the final cut of score will be. but I am suspecting it wont be lower than 439.
