Hi everyone...just want to ask yun bang immigration interview will happen sa HK or pag land na sa CANADA? I'm curious kasi dun sa 3hrs allotted time na sinasabi dito sa forum na kulang daw..yun ba eh upon arrival sa HK then interview then Toronto? o Interview will happen sa Pearson na? Cathay...

Hi sis Haas...were all able here to help anyone..as long as we know what people might asking...just post your queries and anybody will reply...on my case...I prepared my application alone ..on the representative part I put "N/A" marked but still attached when I submitted it....

Hi wants...as far as I know you have to stay for at least 3 years...its part of the requirements to be citizen someday...basta I've read info about that..all permanent VISA holder must stay for at least 3 - 5 years...I will send you the details when I got home dito ako office...meron ako printed...

Hi hunter...do not worry too much...basta naka-declare na you had previous application as tourist approved or denied ok lang yun...thought there are some na na-deny sila many times pero siguro its a difficult case kaya ganun...as I remembered there was a story posted dito sa forum na kahit...

Hi kikz...YES! it is possible to ask addt'l docs even they asked you once...on my case they send me first request for my PP, AOM, latest copy of BC and NBI...then on the same day I've got their letter I've received a call from CEM asking for addt'l docs which are not included in the first letter...

It depends kikz..sometimes nag submit ka na passport wala pa medical result...minsan naman med result then in-Process wala pa PPR...but usually upon submitting the passport it took 9wks to 12wks before DM...then another 1 or 2 wks for VISA...
