    Yes that's right, not required to send hard copies. you can send soft copy via mail to VO. All the best :)

    Were you not asked to send passport copies? with regards to above mail, u need to send RPRF payment receipt and medical receipts both.

    Others are getting TLU within 5-8 days after medical being done. In the other end file like mine not got TLU even after 16 days from medicals.. what could be the reason.. :(

    Hospital informed me that they have uploaded on 4th may and also received acknowledgement from VO.

    Its been 16 days from my medicals done, i have not got TLU yet.. :(
