Brilliant advice! I ended up filling out both of those forms 5 times while gathering the information needed. Another option is to never close the window because that is when the silly thing locks. I'm praying that I never have to fill out this stuff again, but if I do I will get Foxit!!!

Yeah, at first I thought they wanted more immigration photos too, but the email specifies "Passport photos" I knew it was weird! And each country has different specs for the passport photo requirements. The email didn't specify so we went with Canada in attempt to be on the safe side.
