I received AOR in September and my status also says "application received" This is just my guess, but I believe they put it to "processing" once they start looking at your application. (i.e just before AIP)

I sent everything with the application, except the medicals. So I don't expect to get AIP and DM at the same time. As long as we get AIP and OWP before they ask for medicals, it should be fine.

The agents at CPC usually don't seem to know what they are talking about. They are probably looking at some kind of user manual for reference when they receive calls. I think they are just telling you 3 months to give you big surprise when it arrives in 1 month. I am just afraid that my case...
