For some reason, they think it's okay to take more time with in-land applicants because they are already with their family/spouse. It makes no sense to me.

I totally agree with you. What I don't understand is why they decided to transfer all the applications in the middle of the year instead of starting to receive new applications from Jan 1st at CPC-M? And all we get is the letter saying "your application has been transferred to another office"...

I am telling you. Polar bears go into hibernation in winter and CPC-M officers go into hibernation in spring!!

I really don't understand why there is so much delay just because applications have been transferred to another office. Are the officers in Mississauga all new and they are training them or something? Or they all felt asleep or decided to take a very long vacation? How am I gonna tell my wife...
