You have got ITA why do you want to come to OZ even if you get PR? Canada is way way better in all respects! I would not look back at OZ if I ever get Canadian PR. To add to the above I love Justin Trudeau :)

I think if you are filling out the BBA part which was completed in India you will say "no" to the question "was xxx awarded a Canadian degree, diploma, or certificate for this period of study?" But you will definitely mention your Canadian certificate in the Canadian education section. I guess...

But I guess it will still take 24 hours for the EE profile to get activated. The lawyer created that today. So hopefully it will get activated tomorrow morning. As long as the draw doesn't happen early morning tomorrow, I might have a chance ;)

my lawyer emailed me there is a holiday in canada on monday (victoria day). does that mean the anticipated draw of 24th might happen on 25th or 26th?

you will get ita if it reaches 414 or lower. getting ita has nothing to do with creation of one-key profile. all the best!

congratulations! i would suggest you wait for couple of more draws. you are bound to get a direct ita in max 2 draws. all the best :)

they just had a draw on wednesday, the 17th. it is almost impossible that cic will have two draws in one week.

i guess not. next draw will be between 24th and 31st of may.

my occupation is not in the skilled occupation list for oz. have been doing one masters after the other just trying to buy time here. its been 6 years in oz for me and still no luck with finding an employer who is willing to sponsor. my best bet is canada now.
