There was no draw on the 12th. Only on 4th and 17th. So there is still very high hope and chance for the 31st :)

i believe your noi will automatically get cancelled if you withdraw as there won't be any profile. without a profile the noi won't be linked to anything.

From Australia I know if the Indian embassy has to get the PCC from India it will take 8 weeks. But I plan on going to India soon and I will get it done there. So, I was just wondering if one month would be sufficient to get the PCC done as I will be there for a month only. BTW, I am from West...
