dont worry quebec has extended its deadline. ur application can be submitted after 31st of march go ahead best of luck

t it just means that u can apply without french if u have minimum 49 points,infact after 31st march u can also apply without french, but that doesnt mean u will get csq without french, for csq u will have to work on ur french skills. hope it helps

sign the regulated profession form which is available on micc website and include it in ur application and make a detail cover letter regarding ur work experience..

yes u will have to sign the declaration form of regulated profession, and it seems u might get full points 8 for ur work experience, even if its 53 rather u will b given priority bcz of ur AOT, best of luck
