That is a hard question to answer... On average it use to be about 1 month... now it is closer to 2 months or more. Or you could be like Tagum and be over a year. It all depends to when they get it done. You can take a look at the speadsheet that scos has done to see the dates of many people...

I believe one is for stuff that you are taking with you and the other is stuff that you are are sending separately.. (if anything) but someone who has landed can answer it better.

Not sure... If I were them I would be contacting CEM or the MP.
