    I got my PPR in October and they called me in March to give my prints in April... To be honest, only God and the NDVO knows how NDVO works.. Hope you do not get called for it.. Good luck

    Hey.. I was in Canada for almost 6 months... They dont always ask for it and you do not have to submit it with your application. It is only in some cases that they ask for the RCMP fingerprint clearance to be done... What is your time line like?

    Only NDVO knows the answer to that question... Some people get their passports back within 2 months.. Some have their passports with NDVO for 6 months.. It all depends on your VO and case...

    When applying for PR for a spouse, common law or married partner, the sponsors income is irrelevant.. So her limited income will not affect your application in any way... So don't worry about that :) Just have solid proof of your common law status- joint accounts, both your names on the place...

    NDVO sends it back by speed post. You do not have to send a pre-paid envelope (that rule only applies for certain countries where that option exists). They will always send it back to your wife's address... She, or a family member, will have to sign for it when it comes to her door! Good luck :)
