That's true.Try to stay "legal" in canada by all means during Ainp nomination. I applied in september as well,sadly no uodate so far.my work permit expires August next year.I don't think september applicants should even bother till end of the year unless your work permit expires this year :-X

Your wp expires in Mar 2016,hence technically it is not expiring anytime soon.I really hope they do consider Wp expiry date but it's highly unlikely as there are many applicants who haven't received their AINP even close to their wp expiry date. Only god knows what process is being followed by...

You will need to get a new police certificate as the old certificate is no longer valid.As per CIC,a police certificate is only valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Your friend is really lucky to have got the nomination in 6 months,that to in semi skilled category.I believe this confirms that they do process applications based on expiry date as well. Did your friend apply for Lmia?

They have been processing applications for Manufacturing recently,specially the ones filed in May-June.A lot of my friends have got calls for Nomination as well.Most of them had applied in May/June 2014.I wonder whats the process of selection now that the processing months policy(18-24,etc) has...

So your work permit expires november this year? Are you applying for Lmia for wp extension? I am curious cuz you have applied for Ainp few months ago and your permit expires soon.
