Offer of employment – Skilled immigrants (Express Entry)

Some confusion here. I'm reading new EE rules and can't figure out Offer Of Employment part. I'm under International Experience Canada Work Permit. NOC 07XX Assistant Manager. Employer is listed on my WP. It's valid for a year only. After a year I'll get an extra 35 points to my EE profile and...

    HIV and temporary work visa

Have no idea. I know that the US don't have any problems with HIV for example if you are applying for a green card. I don't think Canada will have any too. They probably want to be sure you will pay for your medicine by your self.

Living in Canada permanently by constantly renewing Work Permit?

Do whatever you can to get PR asap. I know UK Truck Drivers which used to live here in Ontario for 8 or more years. When Gov has changed the rules and forced 4in4out rule into use, they suddenly realized how stupid this idea was. They left. They have jad housed, cars etc. Probably very soon...

    restoration period

I think you are on 90 days peroid after refusal ... you can either try to restore your status or leave. Either of those you can do on 90th day and if applied for restoration of status you will still have no status but can wait in Canada until the end of tour case. To be more specific... my...

New Express Entry ranking system will be applied on Nov 19th (detail inside!)

I get it but what exactly means "his offer of continued position". If it's LMIA it doesn't make too much sense.

New Express Entry ranking system will be applied on Nov 19th (detail inside!)

If you have employer specified work permit and work for him for at least 12 months and he will offer you an offer of employment, you could get 50 points, right? I'm reading your posts and most of you are pretty sure that "offer of employment" equals LMIA. Bit LMIA is worth 50 pts as well. So...
