Sorry Bro . The meat & potatoes orthopaedics is saturated .Its difficult for Canadian grads to get jobs too. One option is you can try pediatric orthopaedics with spine. There are lots of jobs in that specialty and waitlist for scoliosis surgeries are 6mth to 1 yr here
