I have the same problem. Declined the Ita since I've made a miscalculation and now got the Ita with the previous score. I won't decline again, since I have 456 and I think is good as it is. This is stressing !!!

I believe that the target of 25000 is something to handle with care. Last year I was in CEC 2014 submission and I was rejected because they drop the target from 12000 to 8000.
