Congratulation it's ppr, you should send your passport to Vienna VO (easy way) or send a CSE to CIC to change you VO to Ottawa (might take some time)

if you have sent a new reference letter , you should be fine, hope you get good news soon, please, how long did you wait for gcms notes, and did cic mention where they transferred your file ?

Hi, I sent a CSE with my French PCC as an additional document in April 13, in the automatic reply, CIC says that they will answer me in 10 buisness days, it has been two weeks now, when should I expect an answer ? Thanks
