Hi Akberansari. Did they ask you to submit additional explanation about your intention to settle in PEI ?

They have the form which asks to write an explanation to settle in PEI, but thats pre nomination phase. From CIC, I didnt get any email asking for intentions to live in PEI

Hello Everyone. I tried ordering GCMS notes from gcmsnow.com. But after entering my email and card details, it just prompts an error and tells me to contact help instead.

Has anyone else experienced this? Can someone please recommend me a good GCMS provider for someone who is not in Canada?

Thank you very much.

Thank you

Its safe to say that your PPR is guaranteed. You have passed all the criteria. My aor is 22 Mar and I ordered gcms on 10 May (similar to your timeline for aor and gcms)..let's see if I see similar results

I am currently on an IEC WP (which expires on 26 June). I have successfully applied for a BOWP and it has added 1 year to my WP. Fingers crossed I get my PR before then.

Secondly, you don't need a lawyer. It's a waste of money (IMO). You can do everything yourself. Lawyers are only good at one thing and that is collecting money. My tip: Try and get rid of this lawyer if you can and follow the instructions and do everything yourself.

My employer provided the lawyer and I dont trust him. He srewed my points last year saying i only had 340 when i really had 526!! This delayed my application by almost a year that's why I am running into this implied status.

Can I ask what you mean about the SIN and wage deductions - will i not be paying tax and CCP or IE now on implied status?
