ugh im getting so frustrated, how are people who's application was received the same day as mine able to sign in and i cant!! ??? I havnt heard anything

It was literally stuffed in my mailbox lol I actualy got excited thinking i got a package hehe Anyways they said i didnt include a copy of my birth certificate which i did, so i just included a copy of my passport, theres no way they can miss that!

Yeah it was pretty tramatizing to find out he wouldnt be there but we made it through just fine :) shes only 5 months so the way we look at it, she is too young to remember all of this or her father not being here . . and there are always those sunny vacations to the aisle of spice to see him hehe

@ BeHopeful - Thanks it certainly is a releif although i was a little sad to see the file go haha a lot of hard work went into that thing over the months! I am Canada, husband is Grenadian. He was here for 5 years and was asked to leave Feb of this year . . 2 months before I had our daughter...

It was an assult charge, he was released on bail and is now getting it delt with on friday but from what he tells me I believe he could fight the charge because it seemed like self defense to me

even though he just got charged though?

I recently sent an invite for a friend in Grenada to come up to Canada and he was approved for a 6 months visitors visa, well that was all great and he was supposed to come up here this week . . . than he decided to make a bad decision and ended up in jail for a few days with an assult charge...

This is probably a silly question but do I pay the 75 dollars here in Canada at the bank and than send my visitor the receipt? Im inviting someone up from Grenada ....

Well we've had some setbacks because my husband has been slacking on his end with the medical and police clearance but finally he is schedualed to do the medical on monday so we are planning to send everything in june 2nd....im going to have to change the dates on the documents i sent him aswell...

Im sure im fine and just stressing over it lol I put on the application unemployed as i am due with our first child next week, but included a letter stating when ill be returning to work, i couldnt get a work letter to confirm this though, im also getting my step dad to write a letter stating...

Ive been trolling this forum for weeks now and it seems every time someone actually asks why someone was refused as a sponsor there is no answer. So im going to ask again, has anyone actually submitted a spousal sponsorship application and found uneligible to sponsor??? Or has anyone heard of...
