Or you can just discard the BC and provide an affidavit that you are using secondary certificate as a BC

1. Not needed as you are sending the transcripts from university in sealed envelope. 2. Normal copy would do...attested would be better. 3. Only Transcripts in official university sealed envelope and copies of degree placed in an envelope (not University sealed)

May be some study certs etc...or a medical if that was the case but if there is none then just a letter should do... However, the best proof would be a proof from spouse :P :P
