Manorite, You will get it for sure... For some people including myself it took up to 6 weeks to get the PPR. I was into the 7th week when I actually got the email. The average I have seen is anywhere between 3-5 weeks. Looking at your timeline you will be onto your 4th week starting next...

If you have got your AOR then wait for your approval letter. The approval letter will mention the date your file transfer to New Delhi VO. From that date allow up to 3 to 5 weeks to get the PPR. I hope this helps.
