Always Submit supporting document of education i.e for master's submit bachelor's too and for bachelor's submit 10+2 It is recommended because WES may ask anyone and anytime....u never knows...

Who should sign the affadavit and I heard it should be from parents not self ?

Ankushsharma Seniors suggested to send 10th certificate plus affadavit from parents. I have also applied for NAC to obtain birth certificate..its still under process for me...If i dont get NAC and birth certificate on time i will send 10th and affadavit
