As per the Checklist, copy of passport/travel document of the principal applicant and each accompanying applicant has to be submitted. Do we have to give copy of the full passport or only the bio-pages? Do we have to submit copies of expired passports also?

Do we need to enclose the form .. you said can leave it unchecked. But CIC Mississauga rejected one application (according to the PGP spreadsheet) because IMM0008DEP is not attached.

As of now we have to use the same form only We have to give the Minimum Necessary Income for the years 2012, 2013 and 2014 I think we can strike the years in the form after printing and write the correct years as above

This is regarding the new forms...if and when they update How do we know which forms have been updated? And also the new Minimum necessary income for 2014...This is the amount to be written in the form is it not so?
