    I don't know if ours went to "In Process"... I checked ECAS on Dec. 17 at it still said "Application Received." I didn't check on the 18th. But when I checked on the 19th, it said "Decision Made" and a second line had been added: "We began processing your application on December 18, 2017." I bet...
