    I had applied under the SDS category in June. Can't provide biometrics because the Canada VACs are not open in my country. Does this mean that I need to make a new application under the non-SDS category in order to qualify for the two-stage process?

    All Canada Visa Application Centres are closed in India right now so I was wondering if I can go to some other country's Visa Application Centre to give my biometrics. If it is possible to do that: Which country would be the easiest/cheapest to travel to from India to give Biometrics?
