Plz share your Aipp processing in Covid

I got Endorsement in February, 2020.
and I applied PR in March, 2020.
And I’m still wating to get my file number.
In CIC, they say the processing time is 6 months. But I’m wating almost 5 months for just the file number.
I really want to know Who get the file number in Covid virus.
