    I don't think its Ottawa causing the delay. It's Detroit and rest of the visa offices who are going to issue PPR. Ottawa just does security checks and forwards it on to the visa offices.

    Send them an email at detroit-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca . Also, you should include your file number, Date of Birth and other relevant information to prove your identity? My file also moved to Detroit from Ottawa? How long did they take to send passport request?

    Hey, I hope so too.. Yes, I got medical request end of March and the results reached Buffalo on April 10. I did a case specific inquiry to Ottawa and they informed me that my file is in Detroit.
