You should ask you spouse to send you pictures and passports in advanced, so when you will have it when your receive PPR. You will only have 30 days to submit passports to the visa office after PPR.

Hey Lilbabu, I sent everything in a large envelop but I used a smaller one for return. It's just easier to put inside the large one. lol

I guess Xpress Post delivers several times a day. Does is show a time when they attempted the delivery? it must have been end of day on Friday. I am sure they will pick it up tomorrow. Also, CIC only has a PO in Windsor, it's not an office setup.

I think Ottawa is processing applications in order when they received it from Buffalo or CIO, so in our case file got transferred to Ottawa when AOR and Medical Request was received.
