    Let me help you man. Copy the petition or attach it as a PDF and send it to CIC. Send it wherever you want, just make sure you send the petition this way the word will get out. Plus are you not interested to hear the reaction of CIC when they read the petition???

    Here is the thing, the dates they mentioned doesn't mean thAt your file will have been reviewed by then. It means that they will send you an update. Which you already got( medical or history or pcc). The finilization of your file is nowhere close to come. In the best case scenarion you will get...
