    I have submitted my application in May but I haven't heard from ircc and my program is starting from 31 august so confused now what to do even I have submitted all the documents to ircc.

    Can anyone explain ircc new rules because it is too much confusing. In 8 to 12 months program we have to take study permit or not? If they are delivering online so we can study from home and we will still be eligible for pgwp?

    That depends on your case but I will recommend you to do upfront medical and they will give you e-report form which you will attach in your webform to link your medical to your application.
