Well, when using the WES Degree Equivalency Tool to find out whether your diploma is comparable to a completed Canadian Education Credential it only lets you choose between Bachelors, Masters and Doctorates so I'm thinking that a program that is less than a year long might not be enough. Google...

I suppose that change is not going to affect people who already got their AORs... So, for people who haven't submitted yet, I guess it would be best if the proof of funds to submit is not limited to just that amount.
