Anyone has any idea on how long the Mexico Visa office is taking in average to process PR applications submitted thru express entry???

That is my VO. I've been waiting for 3 months, 1 week and 5 days.

14-jan-2016 Medicals Passed
18-jan-2016 Schedule A Requested
19-jan-2016 Schedule A sent (current status "Provided")
Rev of eligibility "In progress"
Interview "Not needed"
Background "Not needed"
Final decision "Not Started"

No news (not even ghost emails) since 19-jan, but have a couple of friends who got their PPRs recently, one in 6 months and the other one in 4+ months.
