There are applicants from England pass BG quickly. I see you are from Iran, that can delay BG check. I'm from Turkey. They may want to do a more detailed check on Turkish applicants also.

What is weird about August AORs not have BG check started?

It started to work I think on Saturday. I used to have 4 items. They removed 2 of them ( Request of PCC and Medical received). Now I have 2 items (apps received and begun processing) Also ı used to have only 1 address. Now I see 2 address; mailing and resident (both are the same for me)

MY ECAS is working. They changed it a little bit.

ECAS works for me now. But instead of 4, I see 2 items: application received and application start of processing. They removed 3 and 4 which were medicals received and PCC request.

How long Background check takes for outlanders?

FBI shipped them to my friend in the USA and my friend forwarded me scanned copy. I asked him to keep originals in a secure location. He lost them!. Incase CIC asks for originals on an interview or at the border, I am planning to re apply.

FBI said, they destroy their copy of Clearance records after 90 days. So If you have not received PCC after normal time, you must ask them a copy in 90 days. mine passed 90 days unfortunately so ı need to re-apply.
