i think 45 days is for ideal cases. i mean some cases they have any complication or they have any doubts, may take more than 45 days.

in forum there is one large thread about Philippines, read it 700+ pages you might find something or just submit file with great very well explained SOP. but i still suggest talk someone with experience.

nope they don't request biometrics yet and its easy in north india. there is no need to sacred because you are not a criminal, are you :p

it means 99 % they approved you application and you applied online, now they will request you passport in few day and within few days you will get it back.

i don't think so, but i think in india they can buy all biometric database at very cheap price;). so why they will add extra step and waste alot money of there applicants :D easy for them will be just buy database and add it into there system get everything automatic verified. :p
